Yes. Every architect and engineer on our team is registered with their professional chamber and fully licensed. No AI output ever reaches a client before being reviewed and refined by a qualified architect or engineer. Every delivered document is signed digitally.

What we deliver is at the preliminary-design (schematic) stage. A permit application requires additional detailed drawings — which we also provide through our Permit Application Support add-on (priced separately).

Individual services take 2–3 days, the Package takes 7–10, and Professional takes 14–21. During busy periods there may be a 1–2 day slip; if we miss the deadline, you receive a partial refund on the package.

We work on any parcel within Türkiye that has its zoning status defined. There are no restrictions on size or typology — residential, villa, commercial, hotel, mixed-use. During the brief, we automatically verify that your land is a fit.

Renders match the final build with more than 95% fidelity. Materials, colors, and lighting are chosen from real product brands. Certain details may shift during construction — we note this on every delivered document.

Yes. Cancellation before production begins: full refund. If concepts are delivered but you're not satisfied: one complimentary reproduction, plus a 50% refund if you're still unhappy (70% during our pilot phase).

Yes. During the brief, we automatically generate a list of missing documents. For an additional fee we can handle municipal procedures on your behalf, or the process resumes from where it left off once you bring them in.

We're fully compliant with KVKK (Türkiye's GDPR equivalent) and GDPR. Your documents are stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties. Team members have role-based access only. Ten years after project completion, your data is deleted or archived at your request.
