Capture the land's identity .
From the Land Registry and Cadastre service on e-Devlet, take a screenshot of your property details. Every calculation we make starts from this official record — no guesswork, no room for error.
Open on e-DevletStep by step
- 01Sign in to e-Devlet (Turkish citizen ID and password).
- 02Search for "Tapu ve Kadastro Genel Müdürlüğü" (General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre) and open the service.
- 03Open your property list from the "Taşınmaz Bilgileri" (Property Details) menu.
- 04Select the parcel you want to query.
- 05Click "Taşınmaz Bilgileri" — the full detail page will open.
- 06Take a screenshot of this page (block, parcel, map sheet, and area details must be visible).
- 07If available, prepare a photo of the land as well — drone, phone, or satellite, whichever you have.
Tip
Make sure the screenshot shows block, parcel, map sheet, area (m²) and land type details. If possible, include a photo of the land itself — it helps us read the slope, trees, and neighboring structures.

Upload the screenshot and, if you have one, a photo of the land. Then describe the project you have in mind — in your own words.

Consider these headings
Density
One large structure, or several smaller ones?
Example: 1 villa / 5 villas / 10 villas / one boutique apartment / one commercial building
Placement
Where on the site should it sit?
Example: North or south face, along the road, the corner with the view, away from the trees
Style
What aesthetic do you have in mind?
Example: Modern / Mediterranean / minimalist / classical / rustic — attach a reference image if you have one
Program
What should it contain?
Example: Number of rooms, pool, parking, garden, terrace, shared areas, children's play area
Purpose
What is the project for?
Example: Your own residence / sale / rental / tourism / investment
What you know
What else do you have about the land?
Example: Zoning status, surveyed sketch, geotechnical report, elevation data, heights of neighboring buildings
