Origin
It began with a piece of land .
The story of Plan Sanat began with a single plot of land. Our founder owned a large parcel in Istanbul and wanted to build on it — but at every architectural office, he ran into the same obstacle: waiting.
Three months for the first sketches. Two months for revisions. Payment split across dozens of milestones — and more waiting at every one. In total: 8 to 12 months, 1.5 million lira, and three separate offices.
Yet the process itself is clear: read the site, listen to the vision, produce concepts, have the architect review, have the engineer sign off, let the client choose, deliver. Most of these steps — site analysis, code compliance, massing studies, even rendering — could be reduced to hours by artificial intelligence.
But architecture is not pure mathematics. It is an art. No permit is granted without a human eye; no space is inhabited without a human hand. That is why Plan Sanat is not an AI product — it is a hybrid platform: the speed of artificial intelligence with the signature of our in-house licensed architects and engineers.

Every architect and engineer at Plan Sanat is registered with the relevant professional chamber. Every deliverable is signed with their license number — a legal requirement for your project to be permitted and valid.
Founding Architect
Chamber of Architects member, 12+ years of experience. ITU School of Architecture graduate, specializing in residential and urban renewal projects.
Structural Engineer
Chamber of Civil Engineers member. Experienced in TBDY 2018–compliant projects. Certified in seismic performance design.
Visualization Director
V-Ray and Unreal Engine certified. Visualization at the level of fine architectural photography. Published in major architecture journals.
